Let’s get cooking!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
· 1 pc salmon 160 grams
· 500 g potato
· 200 g milk
· 200 g parsley
· 200 gr extra virgin olive oil
· 300 g butter (for mash)
· 200 g butter (for sauce)
· 100 g cream
· ¼ lemon juice
· 4 pcs cherry tomato
· 8 pcs asparagus tips
· QS Salad and fresh herbs
· Salt flakes

Cooking Instructions:
1. Blend the parsley and olive oil together and strain the mixture
2. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water until soft.
3. Sift the potatoes, add a pinch of salt and alternate adding the warm milk and cold butter, until you have reached your desired taste.
4. Season the salmon on the meat side only, sear with warm olive oil on the skin side
5. Control the colour of the skin until golden brown and remove the salmon from the pan
6. Bake the salmon in the oven skin side up at 180°C until the centre is 42 °C
7. Sear the asparagus with olive oil, a little butter and one tablespoon of water.
8. Add the tomatoes
9. Remove the stamps and clean the salad, add olive oil and salt flakes
10. Boil the cream, incorporate the cold butter dice by dice until the desired consistency is reached, drizzle some lemon over the salmon
