The Athenee Hotel implements new Meeting & Events setup to suit guests’ future expectations Hygiene, social distancing and very stringent guidelines are being followed with less than reduced capacity. Under the new setup, each function space will cater to approx 50 percent less in the number of guests compared to the original configuration, although the hotel will not charge the organizers or guests any more than the standard rates. Temperature sensors, hygiene measures and crowd control safety measures designed for larger scale events and groups are either already in place or being implemented. Food and beverage provision will also be tailored carefully to the events in the provision of extra hygiene measures, with sanitary screens at the buffets and formalised arrangements for coffee breaks.
